For complete solution operators, your domain is registered in your name and transferred immediately on cancellation. Yes, anytime. Moving to Managed Install adds the $299 one-time setup fee if you haven't paid it. Moving to White Label changes your monthly rate to $249 from your next billing cycle. Downgrades work the same way — changes take effect at the next billing date.

Business-in-a-Box doesn't have a free trial because our team does real work to build and launch your site. Operators upgrade tiers when they want more from our team (managed install, white label, dedicated manager) — not when they want more from the software.
