What if my hosting doesn't meet the requirements?

During your free trial you can verify compatibility before committing. If your current host doesn't qualify, we'll tell you exactly what to look for in a replacement.

Is the booking engine really the same as the complete solution?

Yes — identical platform. The same smart pricing logic, the same fleet management dashboard, the same Stripe integration, the same SMS and email notifications. The only difference is you install and host it on your own WordPress site rather than having us build and host the entire business for you.

Can I switch to the complete solution later?

Yes. If you outgrow the self-service setup or decide you want us managing everything, you can migrate to the Complete Business Solution. Your booking history, customer data, and pricing configurations all carry over. The $3,000 setup fee applies at that point — the migration itself doesn't cost extra.

Your monthly fee covers the full platform license, all software updates and new features as they're released, email support from our team, and access to all documentation and video tutorials. You're responsible for your own WordPress hosting costs separately — typically $20–80/month depending on your provider.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contract and no cancellation fee. The plugin is month-to-month. If you cancel, you lose access to the platform at the end of your billing period — your WordPress site stays intact, you simply remove the plugin. We retain customers through results, not lock-in.
